Expect to be coached on learning proper mechanics and techniques as well as developing movement quality over simply getting smoked with a hard, random workout. You will learn important mobility drills, all the basic barbell lifts, body-weight calisthenics and Hard-Style kettlebell movements that you would expect from StrongFirst Elite Instructors.
